Data Deletion Instructions

Unfortunately, our Learning Management platform does not permit students to delete their own accounts. We’re very sorry for this inconvenience. If you wish to remove your account from our system at any time, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
  2. In the subject line, please indicate “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. In the body of the email, include any other identifying information that will help us locate your account in our system.
  4. Once we receive your request, our team will promptly process your account deletion.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been successfully deleted from our system.

Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any learning materials, progress tracking, or other account-related information. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at the same email address.
